They say innocent until proven guilty but when you’re charged with a crime it feels the exact opposite. You start to feel pressure and even if you’re innocent there’s options. You just want to be free again, but your trapped in hell which is Jail awaiting Trial. If you don’t take this plea deal and go to trial you could lose and do 4x the time you were offered. It’s a very hopeless feeling and in my heart I know I didn’t commit the crime and so did the jury I spent 5 months in Jail held without bond on a 58a The system is rigged in favor of the state.

If he was your cellmate, you'd be scared.

I am a heavily tattooed individual. I don't care what people choose to do with their bodies as it doesn't affect me. With that being said: not everyone in society thinks the way I do, and will not automatically judge him and create a connection to his personal life choices/crimes. The fact that he chooses swastikas, is concerning as well. I know for a fact that there is a heavy foundation that is available to the public, often used in Hollywood that can absolutely cover his tattoos and look natural. While I do not judge him for his ink, the fact that he continues to get questionable ink, his lawyer flat out asks if the jury will be able to look past that, tells me that they are attempting to set up an appeal after a conviction. "The jury is biased because of my tattoos," sort of thinking. That tells me that his ink is possibly for a more sinister reason, and not just a means of self expression.

I am a makeup artist and about 15 years ago I had to cover up the tattoo’s of a man that was on trial for murder. I did it for 8 days and that did not change anything he was still convicted for murder. It was a different experience for me and I dont think I’ll do it again..
