Defender 110 fuel lift pump replacement

In this video I replace the fuel lift pump which I found had failed after changing my fuel filter. I show you how to replace the pump and then re prime the diesel.

Good stuff dude, I noticed you left the spacer off. Doesn't it give you more fuel so more power?

I’m not sure I assumed the spacer was for the 300tdi. I will research it and if your right it give more power then I will install it for sure. 👍

Did it help at all when driving?

I’m not sure it gave more power but it definitely helped with a better tickover on start up. I think it may also be more responsive when driving but that may be just in my head.
