Cummerbund has been updated so you can now use the bottom MOLLE all the way to the front.

The first column will now only be 5” then all remaining columns are 7”. Tapering the front will eliminate corner peal up that some officers have reported.

Do you know if they updated the padded cable sleeves to fit this as well?!
@timmarshall3651Ай бұрын
@@johnathanbondi7563yes, they used to be MEPC padded comms sleeves and shoulder pads. Now the “MEPC” has been dropped and they have been adjusted to also fit APOC

I know we try and convince ourselves that the old school gear is better, but in this case I would choose the APOC over the Paraclete.

The only 2 things that would make this episode better is an orange 8’ step ladder in the background and a PB&J on the table!! LADDERS!

I ended up going with the Bombshell Shellback prevail 2.0 with level 4 ceramics and 3a side panels. It seems to be a very comfortable carrier but a little small for big dudes like me lol. My work carrier only carries soft body armor although I don't remember the brand it is very comfortable. I will definitely be looking into the Defense mechanisms APOC.

Would this be something you reccomend to civilians? It seems to me in any situation id want to have hard rifle plates id also want the wrap around protection lol
@ThinLineDefenseCoАй бұрын
I think so... yea. For exactly why you said. You could go soft armor and have a light setup or armor it up if you had to. It's a lot smarter than owning like 4 different types of carriers

Another great option that is NIJ certified and is a really good bang for the buck considering how light and thin the panels are is the Dyneema BALCS panels that Velocity Systems has

Not my kinda thing, but I’m sure it’s great for its purpose. However, I would suggest to DM not to name their products A.Piece.Of.Crap lol
