This was a no pause fillabuster narrative which existed only in her head. It was cringe worthy because she never changed her tone and spoke so quickly She was convincing herself what she said was true, knowing full well her client was guilty as sin, but trying to prove the state, TECHNICALLY, as a matter of law, didn't have any absolute direct evidence against her guilty client. She embarked on this futile, selfish very tragic attempt, risking the freedom of her client for life. She had ample opportunity to plead out her young, naive, overtly narcissistic client to 25 and get justice for Dan and help convict his ENTIRE Family that collectively plotted his execution but, she made a conscious decision not to. Instead, she wanted the notoriety to further her career, fueled by her own overt narcissism and failed a relatively young woman essentially costing her the rest of her entire life barring a woke pardon by a future woke President. We can punish this parasite and never hire her again as a public. I’ve looked at timelines, cellphone records, coincidences, motives, money flow, this trial, the previous trial, you name it, and I came to the conclusion a long time ago that Katie did arrange this murder and that she has been rightfully convicted…not that my opinion or yours matters in the end. In any case, there are 3 other people, Donna, Wendi and Charley, yet to be convicted and that should be the end of it - other than, of course, 10 or 15 years of appeals that no one will care about.

BTW. from what I have read "beyond a reasonable doubtI is merely "greater than 90%" so you have missed the FACTS of this case AND are also applying the wrong standard. AND over 95% of the total jurors who heard BOTH trials (other than a mere 2 inattentive ones) agreed she was guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt". I believe they followed the case far more closely than you have CLAIMED to.

Where did she get the thousands to deposit into her account? She's the link between the killer(her boyfriend Sigfredo, father to their 2 kids) and Charlie Adelson, who had access to the money -$100,000. Sigfredo and Luis didn't know the Adelsons. Katie cared so little for her 2 kids, that she went ahead orchestrating the hit, just as Luis said. Very sad for those 2 kids who will grow up learning that their mother and father are in prison for the rest their lives for killing an innocent, beloved law professor. Very selfish and greedy.
