Thank Mr.Geiger for looking out his window, after he heard a loud noise coming from Dan's home. Those 10-14 seconds seeing a green Prius speed away solved this case. Without the next door neighbor getting up from his sofa, this case is most likely still a unsolved murder (cold case ).

Exactly!! It's a good lesson to get to know your neighbors, and if you see or hear something, call 911 immediately. Too many people blow it off, or post that stuff on social media or Ring Neighbors instead of calling 911 with what details just happened. Too many times, people hear a loud bang or screaming and do nothing. This neighbor is a hero, along with everyone else working this case.

I watched the first trial and it was fabulous. I remember commenting that I thought Magbanua would have a hung jury and got slammed for it. But the prosecution just lacked the missing piece that linked Magbanua to the crime. The jury was correct in coming back with no decision because it could not reach it “ beyond reasonable doubt “. Tell me why when Georgia Cappleman can give a closing argument based on the facts and nothing personal. And do such a brilliant job. That then the Defense can spend so much time on Kattie personally. I really don't understand how her being a single mother or how long she has been in jail and didn't plea should matter! It is NOT evidence, yet they tried it last time and it worked. The jury was hung, and it almost worked again. It was Georgia's rebuttal that made it very clear that the jury's decision should have NOTHING to do with any of Kattie's personal situations. I'm so thankful that THIS jury listen to Georgia because after hearing what one person on the jury said that they spent some time on the issue of Kattie being locked up for so long and not taking a plea. None of that should've even been brought up by the Defense, so idk if this is something Florida allows. At the end of the day justice was served. I'm looking forward to Charlie's case.

Because if they were asked to testify they would get immunity. I believe the state did this on purpose because they know they were eventually going to go after DA and CA. They will get Wendy too, that’s why they were careful in there questioning with WA

Luis Rivera despite his terrible past came forward and told the truth, there is no reason for him to lie in this case. But Wendy Adelson has no humanity, same as Katherine Magbanua, to both of them: Please have guts like Luis Rivera, admit your wrongdoing and ask God for forgiveness, someday you too will die, we all do, so repent and admit and expose Charli's guilt. I know for Wendy, to tell the truth, is a very tough decision because she love's her brother, but please tell the truth.

I suspect Rivera had no idea of and is subsequently extremely angry at Magbanua for facilitating the murder with people from the 'other side of the hood'. Rivera has likely 'got away' with many criminal acts for years due to his affiliation with other 'street smart' individuals and the Latin Kings. The Adelson's are not street smart, although Charlie, while stapling his $100 bills and driving around in his Ferrari, likes to think he is also 'street smart' 🤣 and would have portrayed this to his family and friends. His connections alone do not warrant this title, far from it. Wendi and Donna have fallen hard for this!

Has anyone else noticed Charlie being so wealthy, educated and so on would always date women who were the complete opposite: drug addicts, ex convicts, poor, not educated. And for some reason, Donna didnt seem to care but she cared about Wendis husband being the father of her grandchildren. Danny was a professional and respected, wealthy family man. Makes no sense.

Donna helped Wendi to choose Dan because he was Jewish and checked the other requirements the family had. But he turned out to actually BE Jewish and not in name ONLY, as the Adelsons are. So much of what the Adelsons despised Dan for was his being too Jewish and too serious about his faith and the way he wanted his sons raised.

Do you know who really solved this case? Is was Dan's next door neighbor when he looked out his window and saw that green Priius speeding away. That was huge and got the ball rolling. Think God for that man. Give him an award.

Wendi did not talk to Katie. Wendi was not part of the actual planning. She just knew when the murder was going to take place. Wendi probably found out details when arrests were made and even then her lawyer told her not to talk to her family and to refrain from reading or watching anything relating to the murder. Wendi has a very experienced attorney and likely is taking his advice because she at the center of this murder and she needs to be as untainted as possible. She has not been arrested and noone has ever implicated her so it is likely that she wont be charged with anything.

Moral: File detailed pre-nuptials, laying out precise, negotiated agreements regarding any & all children of the proposed marriage---medical, educational, religious---negotiate all such things, but, also, negotiate where the children (if any) should live, with whom, for what lengths of time. Might avoid a lot of strife, even murder, down the road. Might even cause a prospective couple to rethink getting married---and, imo, that's okay. It's too easy to get married--all the mess & heartbreak come later.
