At the tender age of 4, my mom have me a beautiful purple satchel bag to keep my retractable colored crayons in. I would be so proud to carry this beautiful bag around with these awesome crayons to share and color with my friends. Everytime I brought my beautifully embroidered purple satchel around adults, the took particular interest in it and would ask me questions like " who gave you that bag"? The craziest thing I’ve ever seen is green beans delivered to a church potluck in a gallon milk jug with the upper part cut off to make the opening large enough to pour them into the container (foil on top). The price of food didn't increase it's the recycling home use of these containers that drove the prices up! 😂😂😂 It wasn't a used KK box. It was the " Can I get a few extra boxes" box.😂😂😂

The hair views and barrettes in the cookie tin had its own unique smell. As soon as you said that I had a flashback along with the smell. I miss those days.

The best repurpose container was a coffee mug. Got a coffee mug out my grandparents kitchen cabinet to pour my coffee in and discovered my grandfather’s dentures. Turned out to be a good thing because they were his good teeth he wore to church on Sunday’s and they had been missing. RIP PopPop.

Basically any container with a lid will have multiple uses in our household. Cool whip tub, butter, sour cream, juice container will be reused to make iced tea. I love us!!
