I have had my pair of German blue rams for a few days now and my male keeps chasing the female around and it looks like he’s nipping her. She doesn’t have any physical damage and she is still bright with color but I am nervous for her. Is this a normal behavior?

Its quite normal and can continue for a couple of weeks until they learn their territory. Feed them well and use high quality food :-)

I have a 30ltr tank and put a pair in, the male keeps dying for some reason. Water quality is fine, all tested ok and water changes with rain water which I tested all ok too, and reason for this, thanks for a great video.

Your tank is too small. They also require very warm water. 28-29°C.

Is a 10g to small for 1 Ram and what other fish can you put in a 10g with them

I'd suggest keeping them in pairs with no other fish if it's a 10g. If it's just one and you stock a 10g with additional other fish the GBR will most likely spend all its time chasing the others.
