On one hand I am happy the PLANE is coming to the game, I think its a fun fit for its br HOWEVER I am not the happiest at how. Its such an expensive premium and as recent sales have shown, people are willing to open their wallets for it and suddenly your lobbies from now 11-12.7 are going to be full of premiums. I do not mind them in principle as I use some myself when working on the next TT however, I think the bonus's they give are too high really disincentivizing variety. I wish there was a GE talisman like option that can either be earned through major playtime for a discount or bought to really give TT planes the option to earn more than their premium counterparts. That would still let premiums be a good entry point but also allow people to say 'upgrade' their favorite planes and encourage that increased variety.

No bucko, it’s the whole entire enemy team because they know you don’t have that many flares and they suck at actually decoying missiles. F-14s have a higher chance of survival than F-20s do

Event vehicles are shit. It's a harder grind to even get it, then on top of that you have to spade it for a vehicle that will have 0 bonuses. It's better as a premium. Overpriced but it's better as a premium than an event or tech tree vehicle. It will definitely be worth it on sale. Only 3 were built and 2 more partially built, it is the definition of proper premium material.

It was an over priced, improved F-5E in real life. What killed the Tigershark in real life was that for just a bit more countries could get the F-16 which was a more versatile fighter. As much as I want it, I wouldn't even pay that much for a full fidelity DCS module.

If that's the same engine as the F-18, the afterburner flame needs to be pink. I don't know why it's afterburner flame is an odd color IRL, but it is, and it's especially apparent when they're taking off at night. Then again, if Gaijin was really concerned about realism, jets wouldn't do 14g turns. 8g would be a lot, and 9g is almost guaranteed to knock out the pilot.

It’s still a pretty fun jet to fly, with the new BR changes it sits at 12.7 and I think it’s pretty powerful at this BR. Sure you can get up tiered into 13.7 but the enemy team will only have like 3 guys with fox 3’s, and in a down tier this thing is an absolute monster, if you have the extra money and really want to fly it out I’d say spend the money because I haven’t had that much fun it’s jets in a long time
