Something similar to the dog story happened to me. Girl I liked had a family dog that she would regularly ignore and neglect to the point where the bones were visible through her skin. When we were hanging out she asked if I would do her a favor, and when I agreed, she said I needed to take the dog out to get it put down because she was too lazy to do it. When I said no, she said something along the lines of "Whatever, I'll just stop feeding it" or something like that. I eventually agreed to do the favor, but instead of putting the dog down, I put her in the backseat of my dad's car, drove home, told my parents about it, blocked the girl, and took the dog to the vet. That was 7 years ago. The dog is now 16 (basically a fossil) but living life to the fullest, and is showing no sign of dying off. Still one of my funniest stories to this day.

Here’s my confession for anyone who wants to hear it. One time there was this girl in Middle School that I had always kinda liked since maybe 4th or 5th, and at this point I was in the 7th grade and the Middle School Dance was coming up. After a couple days of thinking of how I could ask her and mostly procrastinating, I just bit the bullet and asked away and to my surprise, she said yes. My parents got me all dressed up with a suit and nice shoes so that I could impress her extra. So the day finally comes, we meet at the dance after I learned some conversation starters and simple dance moves. So I ask her if she wants to dance, says she’s not up for it right at that moment, so maybe half an hour later I ask again, she declines once again but after me and her met in the foyer and talked for about maybe 5 minutes and she leaves to go dance with her friends. At this point she practically never chooses to hang out with me rather than her friends and I am fucking DEVASTATED. So for about an hour and 15 minutes, I hand g out in the foyer with one of my friends and we drink the caprisuns and sad stale popcorn, but finally the final song comes so I think I might as well ask one more time. I go up to her and ask and she finally declined and walks over to her friends. I left the dance with one of the saddest feelings I’ve ever felt. Edit: A few weeks later I had to be in a workout class and some kids pushed me into doing more weight than I could handle and I completely threw my back out so that just made that time even worse.

Random confession: I asked my jacked friend to help me out with some girl I barely knew. Turns out, they had history and I kinda knew I made a mistake so it became a race against the clock on who would ask her out first. My move was on Thursday, just a little study reunion. It turns out she rejected me and was very angry for some reason, so I went for plan B, a block party friday night. She said yes, so she goes there, starts dancing with another dude, exchanges numbers, then I go in and danced with her the rest of the night, and then we have a talk about how, on Wednesday, my jacked friend tried to kiss her, but she allegedly rejected him. Also, she rejected me too because my broke ass can't provide for her, so I tried to go for the "still friends" strat that never works and still invited her to another block party next week. Then she sended me some audios kinda crying because something bad happened to her and I didn't know what, and she specifically didn't say what it was so I respected her privacy. Then I talked to my jacked friend to make peace. It turns out the random guy she knew in the party was sexting her, then she also rejected him because he was also too poor for her, then apparently she was crying because her abusive ex stole a pet from her condo, so she is moving back with her parents and apparently she told me she is never speaking with him again, ao she lied, my jacked friend also told her I had no feelings for her which was a straight lie, in short, it was a clusterfuck and basically everybody lost, everybody got rejected and me and my jacked friend both agreed to stop pursuing that girl, at least we are on talking terms again. Moral of the story: don't be the broke guy with a big heart, never trust your homies and always be sincere with your feelings. It was a crazy love triangule that lasted a solid month. I came out worst, but I did my thing and I had my fun, so no hard feelings on my part...

Ok here goes nothin, I was talking to this girl during the semester break and we had gotten flirty and talked every single day until I asked her how she felt about me. I fell in love with an actual 10/10 girl at my college, I was absolutely smitten, this girl showed me what love was. She plied out a lot of the stuff I've never told anyone about myself and comforted me about past trauma we both had, as it progressed we grew closer and closer and more physically intimate. I finally told her that I wanted us to be official and she said she would get back to me about it. A couple days later she told me she really liked me but was not ready for a relationship right now (she had just been cheated on a few months earlier, so I understood that) but wanted to remain close until that day. I was a little anxious about the idea of holding out on the off chance we'd get together, but I was in love so I let it cloud my judgement. Fast forward a few weeks and we have only gotten more physical, which was making me feel both confused and conflicted, and then one day she starts talking to me about a few guys she was thinking of dating and asked my opinion on them. A little bit shocked I just blew off the question and told her I had homework to and left. I texted her later and told her that like yknow that shit was kinda fucked up and she was surprised, told me she thought she'd made it clear she wasn't interested in me (she had most definitely not). Despite how frustrated i was, this was the woman I was in love with so I was respectful and made it clear I couldn't continue being around her. I cut things off with her entirely, deleted all our texts, blocked her, and tried to move on. The memories of the things I did with her still pain me to this day ngl

✨Confession✨ In middle school I was one of those girls that was more "loner" than really a part of any groups because all my friends at the time were the weird kids / anime group. So I kinda had beef with a lot of people and got into some fights here and there with both guys and girls. Hands were rated E for everyone. But there was this one time I was in Science class and all of a sudden this guy comes up to me and tells me his friend likes me. I looked at him and I asked him if that was true. It didn't help that his friends in the background were laughing at him and looking at me like I had angel wings or something so the possibility that this guy having a crush on me was even lower. Years & I mean YEARS after middle school that same guy comes into my work and he confessed that he actually did have a crush on me but he never told me because I was intimidating. I was a 5 ft. long haired girl with, and I quote from a guy who said this in front of me in the lowest voice, "The biggest boobs in school" until a transfer student came in that was on the same field as me. I had a bigger crush on the bad one, which I ignored a lot of red flags. We bonded over this game that we were both addicted to a lot, and I wanted him to decorate a little area because why not? He complained that I didn’t have a certain item, which was one of the more hard items to get. So I went on a mission to get it, which took me. A. MONTH. I got it, very excited and happy. I showed him, and in the month, I had more and more of a bad feeling about him, but I gave him a chance. He just said “good for you!” Which for context, in this time period, he really only cared about himself. He didn’t care for anyone’s bad day because I quote, “I had worse.” He was gettin more rude, and at one point I confessed to him and it was a no. I was devastated for about 10 minutes, until I realized how bad of a person he would have been to date. I moved on, and then I got a partner later on. After he heard this news, he said stuff like “he doesn’t have to know.” Out of context. He was more touchy, more clingy, etc. He was a rude guy overall, and on top of it all, he got mad at me a lot more. I distanced myself alot more and actually made good friends with other people, including his friends. So overall, it ended well. Sorry for the essay lol.

@@void-qu4ce yeah I know, and that was very dumb of me. Some context I would like to add. This guy used to be way nicer, and was way better with me and his friends. He was really nice UNTIL I liked him, and my friends at the end of the year knew he was bad and avoided him, and I did the same. And in this POV: I saw the worse person as the best due to me having a mindset of “maybe he can be better” which his mood was random and that was a BIG red flag.

@@void-qu4ce sorry I’m a bit late but here are some tips. 1: Talk to him about it. Depending on his response and outcome, it can help to show how he really is. If he says something along the lines of “shut up” or just doesn’t care about him being rude or negative in a way, red flag. If he says “I’ll work on it!” And he acts the exact same way, red flag. If he actually works on it, still stay alert about him. 2. Talk to friends or yourself about it. Close ones especially. For me, I started talking to his friends that were also my friends more, and then I separated myself from him by just talking to them more and more. Last one, 3. If you done anything special or different for him, see how he responds. If he gives you any sort of bad response like ungratefulness, that shows he doesn’t care about what you want to do for him. That’s all I really have, lol, sorry if it’s not enough. Good luck though!

Going to share my story here . I dated a good friend last year and she's an amazing person , she was a mom though but that was never a problem . I really had thought the relationship would last since we knew each other since highschool , it didn't go that way , we rarely had any form of arguments and we were very open with our problems . However one issue that came more obvious she always had an excuse to not make it to things I had planned out for weeks . The one that hurt me was valentines , I set up my apartment with really nice decorations , including a path of balloons , roses , chocolates ; leading up to a table with a bouquet and other things I had bought for her. The main thing was that I had memorized a song to serenade her with my trumpet (trumpet solo from lo que siento by cuco). I had told her to get to my place at 2pm ...... she never arrived , she did apologize and frankly I didn't appreciate the fact my effort went nowhere , it happened multiple times to the point I lost interest in trying . I did still did my best to show my love for her but one day she just randomly ended the relationship. Probably for the best , the final weeks she made a lot of problems out of nothing (for example: we were talking about highschool and she was talking about one of her friends , I had asked if it was the girl that had a mole in her nose .... that triggered her and she simply responded with " why do you remember another bitch's details ?") HUHH ???!. anyways I was a bit gloomy and blue when she broke up with me . I miss the kid too simply because he likes dinosaurs and godzilla like me . Theres more details and more to the story but then it would be a 10 page love story lol . yall will find the right one , there will always be a person for you .
