Hi Heidi. The zucchini "flour" has been around for many many years. A dear 70 yr old Meninite ( former Amish) friend Grandmother's ground zucchini for flour way back. They called it Amish Flour. My neighbor was 97 and passed away 2 years ago she made it at home as a child. She told me about it and I've been doing it for healthier flour and to be honest, to stretch my flour. I'm glad it's coming back. I'm sure part of it is the over priced groceries we have nowadays . I've never thought of dehydrated sour cream and cream cheese. I can't wait to see what you come up with. I'm sorry you're dealing with judgemental people. With over 15 million content creators on youtube, individual voices simply won't be listened to enough to make a difference, so you're correct in believing they would simply pull your content and shut the channel down. Its wise of you to be responsive rather than reactive. Justin Rhodes built the Permaculture Plus platform to share content that youtube didn’t approve of and I don't see people criticizing him for it. I know some people struggle to understand ananogies but try to think of it this way, youtube doesn't belong to creators the same way our parent's homes didn't belong to us growing up. If a parent says you aren't allowed to eat meat in their home because they're vegan, you won't ever create harmony by bringing meat into their home but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy meat outside of their home. I hope that makes sense.

Maybe hydrate the cream cheese with whey that might stop the clumping due to the vinegar or lemon juice. ???

I had success at dehydrating chèvre goat cheese but I use it as seasoning and didn’t think of rehydrating it back to cheese. Using a small amount of heat is a good plan. I am curious if using warm water would be enough. Perhaps too little water to add enough heat. Z powder? I’ve been making it for a few years now. It’s great as a thickener and finds its way into most dishes. Three items stay on my “go to” shelf. Ground hot peppers, powdered chèvre, and Z powder.

I've also canned cream cheese and like you said its almost the same size filling an 8 oz jar since cream cheese does not have much liquid. The advantage I'd think is one you open the powder it can still go on the shelf and be resealed. Unlike the canned cream cheese it will need to be in the fridge. In a SHTF situation a fridge might be running. Great video a always!

Yep, I know I am not the only one because the guidelines are not just for my channel, they are for all. As far as being in France, I just read a comment by another who lives there saying they use a VPN to sign up for Rumble so if you have a VPN, when you log in, select a different country to login from, such as the US

Heidi, love your info. Can you dehydrate store bought canned mushrooms? Also, you being well informed on herbal medicine..is there a good hormonal support for women of a certain age that are constantly on fire? Asking for a friend😅

I have not done that but am positive you can. I have dehydrated up canned fruit cocktail when it lost its seal in storage, it was coincidence that I heard it when it happened so I know it was still safe

I hate it. You cannot even just make a post on the main page anymore but have to go to a completely separate page where it is really hard to read what you are typing in and it gets confusing

Sometimes I add a little lemon juice or zest to my Castor Oil to thin it out abit.

You are an absolute wealth of knowledge. I cant wait to try that arthritis rub. I have both psoriatic and rheumatoid. Fairly severe case. I won't do all those shots or pills that destroy your liver or give you worse side effects than the disease. Just started trying comfrey salve I made. It is helping my skin some, but I would like a lot more relief. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thank you dear.

I bet green tomatoes would be great in making a green Verde sauce for tacos, etc

@@joycewedel9084 I found I really just prefer green tomatoes for relish. I have only used tomatillos for Salsa Verde and it is good but still like red tomato salsa best

It isn't as convenient but you might try allowing the dehydrated dairy rehydrate overnight as that is what the one dehydrated heavy fream recommended.

Some things also do well if put in a blender or using a stick blender with. I have done that with heavy cream and with whole milk.
