Dehydrating Dragonfruit HD 720p

This video will show you how we deal with our excess Dragonfruit and save it for future use by dehydrating.
For those wondering the red Dragon fruit is treated the same way.
We have learned that the dehydration process takes longer the more humid and hot the weather is.
They make for a tasty snack as well as a great addition to our oats in the morning.
It all adds to our journey to being as self reliant as we can.
