My mom passed away from bloodclots unexpectedly. Most traumatic moment of my existence. She was on blood thinners, and even had the implant that was supposed to stop the blood clots from traveling but never worked, glad Deion survived!!

I got a blood clot in my left eye and went blind in left eye.. Uncle had that vena cava filter for blood clots. My sister got factor five blood clotting disorder. I thank Lord Jesus Christ that I am still alive. Merry CHRISTmas everyone

I couldn't look at his missing toes but I'm happy he is still alive and has his leg/foot. That must have been so scary I can't imagine. Deion loved to play sports he was playing all year around and he played NFL til he was like 38. Him & Shannon Sharpe were 2 of my favorite players and would both be starting on my all-time team. Both the best I've seen at their positions.

I live with pain in my foot (plantar fasciitis) and knee a mild arthritis...I am in physical therapy...if I don't exercise the affected areas I cannot walk without pain...I hope it doesn't get to the point of multiple treatments per day plus meds...I can relate to having to live with physical pain...just keep doing what the doctor says and pray it doesn't get worse.

dont know your age and what caused your injury, but I also have found that if u dont strengthen your muscles regularly, all of a sudden u will get pains and injuries out of nowhere.

Like the guy said and the other reply you have to exercise your other muscles. Also if you are overweight? I GUARANTEE YOU that's your plantar fasciitis pain will lessen! It's the same way if you have a lower back injury. If you lose pounds? You will feel a lot better. Good luck also make sure you stretch everyday.
