I'm a huge fan of what Deion is doing. I have no reason to have any bias or attachment to HBCU's either...I just respect the way he's handled himself as a coach,and I'm glad he's getting these kinda players because it's going to create parity and more competitive matchups. Mandated Racisms, love you Deion but if you are good enough to be the head coach of a NFL team you should be hired, if you were hired before and had a horrific win loss record then the color of the skin is not the reason for not being hired it is the fact that your not a good coach for the NFL. Lot of collage coaches fail in the NFL and some NFL coaches are better suited for collage. Lets stop using the race card, if its a proven fact that a man was not hired because the color of there skin than that teams racist management and hiring practices should be broadcasted to the world, if its is a practice the NFL condones then bring it to the forefront with proof not accusations.
