You must be on some type of drug to think that Spider-Man is winning this match up Deku with gear shift is able to move so fast that he warps the laws of physics and the loss of physics in our world. State that are speed limit is the speed of light the MHA. And then in terms of versatility, deku takes it with ease because he has 12 different smashes which are super moves by the way, and he has six different abilities on top of that and he already has his actual speed, strength, durability and endurance, He also has the ability to increase his jumping power to the point where he can jump over buildings. And then there's the fact that he can use overdrive which is another ability of his. And he can also combined his powers together such as black whip with one for all and gear shift with one for all. And he can stack different types of smashes on top of each other such as a quantipal Detroit smash and a Manchester plus Detroit smash. He can also use United States world of smash, which is an even stronger version of United States of smash. Let's not also forget the fact that he has his percentages such as 5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 45%, perfected 45%, 120%. He can also use shoot style and he can also use his Air Force gloves So that's 38 all together And if you wanted to equate his percentages into forms then he would have approximately 11 forms In terms of range, Deku also has that since he has black whip and he also has fajin his shoot style and his finger flicking techniques and many more In terms of IQ, this obviously goes to Deku and battle like you since he has more experience and more enemies he's dealt with and he has more training since he was trained by all might, Gran Torino, MIRIKO, endeavor, sero, froppy, ochako etc He also has more fighting styles than him as I've clearly demonstrated. Oh and by the way, his firepower scale the exact same as his durability. And in terms of hax Deku takes it as well.
