My sons first job was at Iceland. Only a few years ago. it's still open and so much less crowded than the downtown outdoor skating rink.

Bless the small business owners but I question if people with money, will go here to spend? Look at Oakland and SF. Low income housing, there are issues with that, but it seems like this is a good area for that. Good luck everyone.

God bless the small business owners..but it’s a minus when you’re in a problem area for starters. Low income housing, brings additional issues. So, good for trying. Wish everyone luck. I do question if people with money will go to a high crime area to spend money. Just look at Oakland and SF.

Maybe the police would have more time if they were actually taking care of the real problems & criminals instead of harassing people for riding their bikes on the "wrong" side of the street!
