This video shows what we know so far in regard to the 2 new Del Webb communities coming to Lakewood Ranch & Parrish, FL. Catalina and Sunchase. As the crow flies they are just 9 miles apart. Del Webb at Catalina will have 1300 homes and Del Webb at Sunchase will have 900+.
I have also tried to show how the pricing will very likely compare. No doubt Del Webb at Catalina will be higher priced, but the Del Webb at Sunchase pricing should be released around December 2024 and we can make true comparisons then.
