Hi David, moving from Nashville and looking to rent in Lakewood Ranch, I have 9 year old twins and want to make sure we are zoned for a good school and live in a neighbourhood where they’ll make friends and have plenty to do. I am confused by all the different neighbourhoods and which would be a good fit. Our budget whilst renting is $3000 a month so think we will have to start in the older neighbourhoods. Do you have a video explaining the difference between all the neighbourhoods? Thanks so much!

As a person who purchased in LWR in 2023 “who also bought in PE at Azario” This is such a fun video to watch. Yes we also chose this neighborhood mainly because the lot size and floor plans for our family coming down from the Midwest. Thanks for sharing 👍💥

Sad people like you are chasing regular people like my husband and I that have lived in Florida since we were little and thought we’d retire since Florida was always the retirement state and now you’re chasing middle class, retirees and lower class out of Florida! Very sad it’s happened!
