West African Lion Habitat | Restaurant | Twin Buildings | City Zoo | Speed Build | Planet Zoo | Part 1 | Enclosure | Exhibit | Food Court | Speedbuild | Sandbox Mode | In this episode, we start our new project in our City Zoo inspired by Rotterdam Zoo, Blijdorp in the Netherlands. This building is called the Twin buildings with on one side an (Asian) Lion habitat and on the other side a Restaurant and in the middle a big terrace with a lot of picnic benches. In the next episode, we will probably finish the whole building (unless it will be too much footage like this episode that I have to split it up again). It's so cool to see what creative minds are able to do with the building system. Whenever I try to build a large house, it always ends up being an ugly cube because the different grids feel so aggressive and confusing. So I delete everything and download a nice building from the workshop instead :'D

Omg, the old Okapi, Giraffe and Elephant section of the zoo. Its the same restaurant where Bokito was wrecking havoc when it escaped. This brings me back and makes me feel old at the same time for remembering that.

Insanely well done! Actually tried to recreate this building once but failed with the roof. Very clever use of the bamboo pieces! Love it! as a Blijdorp Passholder I can tell everyone it looks spot on!

That looks so cool lady! I don't know how it looks in Rotterdam zoo but I would keep the giraffes. They look like they belong. Other option would of course be lions ... if they are moving in there anyways :D

I just love love love this building. Definitely move the lions and put the cheetahs in thier old habitat. On and I front of the plaza you should make some kind of water feature, that would look so cool. The way you covered of the path was genius. One last thing, and that is just my personal opinion, but I'm really not a fan of jeep ride in a zoo. I would rather love some kind of roundish building with habitats around. But that is just me. If you are going to make a African ride/area. You should put the name between the giraffes

I do think you should put 2 animals in there the lion and maybe the cheetah!? That would be a nice start for a safari zone.... Ant then you could build a small restaurant build just before, so people could grab something to eat, and then move on to see the lions and the cheetah and had that terrace so sit and have a proper meal if they wanted, while watching the animals....

Hi Lady! I love your work its beautiful! I was just wondering, you mentioned this would be the old lion enclosure yes? I was confused, because on the left wing was the okapi, and on the right wing were the giraffes, the middle bit was for the giraffes, later the elephants, so were the lions housed before or after these animals moved in? (Now the right wing is a café)

@@DeLadysigner Maybe the hippo habitat (Barcelona) is cool, and the Gemsboks (Barcelona) and the giraffes both Columbus and Barcelona would also fit. Most of the habitats in the zoo with city zoo style animals you already build a habitat. The Barcelona zoo orangutan habitat is really cool, so you could use it for other primates. They are really cool aviarys but unfortunately we don't have birds in the game

Yes, first was the Elephants (Temporary), then the Giraffe, then the Okapi and after the Okapi moved it was for the Lions.

Well since you say the current lion habitat is not big enough, i'd move the lions to the twin building and revamp the old lion habitat into a aardvark or tapir habitat.

Burgers Zoo doesnt really have interesting buildings that fit in City Zoo tbh 😄 they mostly just have huge domes 😄

@@DeLadysigner iiih what common mistake :) They have whole Malaysian island, done from 0, with huuuuge threes for the orangutans and other asian animals like bears. They do renovation now to the coastal mangrove forest, where soon the visitors will be able to take two routes- one by foot, or by boat, and by boat you will be able to swim around crocks, turtles, fishes, monkeys and birds... they renovated the inside area of the jungle which now is without any concrete, instead it has sandy small tropical paths. :) There is a reason why it is called Royal zoo ;)
