ok so my question is for diving and i don’t know if my form is wrong when i do it but i take a big step and land kinda fist on elbows and then my chest then hips and i don’t know if my right hip should be always bruised from diving so much?? is it normal?

it shouldn’t be normal. try pushing off of your leg and you should land with your forearms first. hope this helps!
