He question I have a 2011 lml and wanted to delete it but I was told I needed to tune it when I deleted it do you need to tune it?

Yes you need to tune it. You don’t necessarily need to tune it for performance but you will need to tune out your DEF, DPF and EGR whether you remove it or just unplug it. Otherwise the truck will not run properly and will go into limp mode

A 3 inch down pipe is well worth the money. It make it sound way better in the cab. If you want to test your patience change out both of your up pipes. Nice truck and good luck.

have a 2014 6.7 powerstroke and looking at a lml duramax, which one did u like the most?

I wouldn’t say I liked one more than the other to be honest. Both great trucks. I like the way my Ford delivered power and shifted better but the duramax rides like a Cadillac and gets good mpg and I love the exhaust brake

I like the sound of the truck... l also have the 15 and has been deleted but they left the end section of exhaust so I've been thinking about just cutting the factory tip off and adding the turned out tip so what do I need to order to get your sound? Thanks

Lift pump it next. Those lmls benefit the most from a fast or air dog.

instead of cutting your exchaust you could have jacked the rear end of the truck up just saying

the small canister is the DOC & the larger one is the SCR & DPF
