That is not true. Many tribes and communities have been eating pork from ages but it was not on spotlight. Due to internet we are now discovering different practices. I dont know why in literature specially in stories(Xadhu kotha) only duck is being given hype (eg: hahe mahe juti logai khaba etc.) while pork was also considered a delicacy in many communities.
