I never would’ve thought to use a potato masher. I would’ve stood there chopping up each egg one by one. Tips like that make such a difference. Thank you. I don’t watch your videos as much as I’d like as they seem to be messing with my algorithm and causing content I don’t want to be recommended, but when I do I always wish I could watch more.

Rather than using a masher, I use an egg slicer first one way, and then a quarter turn and slice again. By the time I have mixed the ingredients with a dinner knife, I find the texture just right. I often add chopped tomato to my mix, but make sure that I remove most of the seeds as they just make the mixture sloppy.

Salads are easy to make and cheaper than the supermarket. Plot twist. You can give it your own taste ! In a tuna salad I prefer some red bell and chili powder, but in an egg salad I prefer some curry (masala) and Surinam sambal for taste.

Disgusting. I worked at a house to fix plumbing and I thought it was a sewer leak. Nope...egg salad sandwiches. The plumbing problem was sediment in a shower head. Fowl for a reason. Soggy fart sandwiches

@@joeyk5 I'm not a triangle-cut purist, but for egg salad I think having those sharp corners to start digging into helps. The filling is quite loose so with a square cut you have to be more careful that the delicious eggy goodness doesn't get squeezed out by the bite. You are right though, it's not life or death and certainly not worth a blazing KZbin comments spat. Enjoy your egg!
