Hey Mama T and Sister Pam! I just love watching and listening to y'all. Well, here's another recipe I have to add to the "cook list". I haven't eaten squash since I was a kid. I hated it. But now that I'm older, I find that some of the foods I once hated, I no longer hate. I cooked some squash for my mom some months back, but I couldn't bring myself to eat any of it myself. Lol This casserole looks delicious, so I figure this is a good way to reintroduce squash to my stomach. God bless y'all!

Amen. Ladies you both are looking good. We are doing turkey breast for sandwiches not the whole turkey. Our family cooks the squash down with a little butter and onions and kind of mash it up , never had a casserole. That is making my mouth water looks so good😋 Thanks for sharing love you both. Love this recipe! My aunt gave my mom a recipe many years ago and I make it rotationally for Thanksgiving (hard to get All of the sides in one year 😂) My husband does NOT like squash, I tried to get him to at least try it. One year, I put in a Whole Lot of cheese as if it were macaroni and cheese. He Almost tried it and said, “I this macaroni and cheese”? 😂 Sooo close! But this is another delicious one 😊
