I'm making all of these! I'm 1/4 Czech and have never had any of them. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm assuming that basmati rice by the looks of it but if not please advise.

Thank you !! Yes you can use any rice. I live in UK so I used basmati. You can eat chicken paprika with Czech dumplings or pasta too ;-)
