This baked cheesecake is delicious
Just love it! It melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
450g cream cheese
20g corn starch
150g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
250ml double cream
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl,
sugar, corn starch. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous composition.
Then we add the eggs one by one, incorporating each one separately and at the end add the cream.
Pour the composition into a tray and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees
Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven

Ingrediente:
450g de cremă de brânză
20g amidon de porumb
150g zahăr
1 linguriță vanilie
3 ouă
250ml smântână lichidă
Toate ingredientele trebuie să fie la temperatura camerei.
Punem crema de branza intr-un bol,
zahărul și amidonul de porumb. Mixam bine, pentru a obține o compoziție omogenă.
Apoi adaugam ouale unul cate unul, incorporandu-le pe fiecare separat si la final adăugăm crema.
Turnam compozitia intr-o tavă si dăm la cuptorul preaincalzit la 180 grade
Coacem 30-40 minute, în funcție de cuptor
