I love this recipes. I changed it cream of mushrooms and shrimp due to if lent. I season my shirm p with salt and pepper..paprika..chili powder...and other spicy spices and combine my sariacha with my green chili. It is best lent enchiladas ever. Thank you for this video.

Made this last night, the hubby loved it! I forgot the cilantro though. 😢 Guess who I sent to the store this morning? LoL I love the taste of cilantro, it added that special something that was missing. Thank you for another great recipe. This was more of a reminder recipe for me, I hadn’t made these creamy enchiladas in years. Sometimes we get into a food rut and make the same things over and over again... and then eventually you stop making it and move on to newer things. This was a nice recipe re-visited that everyone enjoyed. I got crazy with it and added some sliced black olives! 😆😂
