Very tasty and tender honey cookies. This cookie recipe is very quick and easy to make. In 15 minutes, a whole plate of delicious cookies!

Servings: 12 pcs.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of flour (1 + 1/3 cups)
- 70 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 70 grams of sugar (1/3 cup)
- 50 grams of honey (2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C / 15 minutes.
