1000 g of beef.

2 onions.
Slice.
Crush the onions.
Salt, black pepper.
Olive oil.
Sauté for 7 minutes.
Place in a baking dish.
3 tsp yogurt, 1 tsp mustard.
Add sauce to the meat.
4 potatoes.
Place on top of the meat.
Salt, thyme.
Olive oil.
Cheese.
Cover with damp parchment paper and foil.
Bake at 180°C for 70 minutes.
