Oh my God...! Just made it, simply used one mango and one big sweet red pepper. This is A M A Z I N G. I'm eating it with spinach leafs, and it's unbelievable. You've saved my life, the olive oil-garlic dressing was so boring. Please add more easy vegan dressings. Thanks!!

I used to watch this everyday when I was raw. 2 years later I can smell the dressing watching you make it. This was my joint back then walking thru the hood in LOs Angeles eating a punch bowl of greens and veggies and this dressing. So many people came to ask me what the hell I was doing with all that lol!!

@@face1647Hi there. I technically don’t use a set recipe. I like a dressing that is not too sweet so I use more pepper and less mango. 1/2 mango 2 large orange or yellow peppers 1/2 fresno (red jalapeño) pepper Salt and pepper I DO add avocado to my salad as A LOT of the micronutrients in leafy greens are fat-soluble so having a whole food source of fat is optimal. Have fun with your salads! TAHINI dressings are also EXCELLENT! 😋

Yum! Mango Pepper is my favourite dressing recipe! I like using red peppers for the vibrant colour it creates. I sometimes use a date to sweeten it because of relying on frozen(sometimes under ripe) mangoes much of the year.

John, my mother grew the tallest stalks of tomatoes I have ever seen in my life, using only Amish compost that my grandma was given from the Amish people who live around her property. They were over 7 feet tall!!! And bountiful! That compost they are building up there must have been building up for decades. Imagine the world people could create if everyone did that!!

People you can post your comments without being rude, I do not find it nice, you trying to be all REAL and saying hurtful stuff, needless. Just because you are behind a screen should not be a reason to put others down, I mean, that's REAL. Morals and Values should be part of you, I mean, you guys do not want others coming up to you saying demeanor stuff just because they feel entitled to, no, I do not think so, so why do you do to others what you would not like done unto you, and even more, why do you make statements that you, otherwise, would not say to people face to face. Come on guys, NOT COOL.

That looks awesome! I have made a similar one with ginger before. Yum! This has 5% of calories from fat in the dressing, by the way, or 2 g. of fat. It's not "no fat," but it would be free from overt fats.

Part 1 of 2 of the question. You said that the nutrition are loosed when you bye food. I live in Sweden so I guess it take at least one week for the food to get to the store, and then I have to wait often one week to have them ripe at my home. In Sweden it is not so easy to get organic food in the winter. I have at least 164 time 164 foot (50x50meter) that I can grow on, in summertime.

Part 2 of 2 of the question. Now I wonder of, is it best to grow my own vegetable/fruit and dehydrating them in a Sedona Raw Food dehydrator, and then put them in a airtight jar and save them to the winter. Or is that to long time to save dehydrated vegetable/fruit and still have lot of nutrition, when I eat them in wintertime, as they are or dehydrated??

I want to start making my own dressings, something I have never done. it's very easy to obtain perfect bell peppers but mangos are hard. it's like 1 out of every 10 I buy is worth eating. I was wondering if I could then use frozen mangos or even other fruit like peachs and berries. I'm sure this will work and I have yet to try, which I will here soon but was wondering how successful it will be. I have dates as well, sure that will help out a lot.

The amount may seem large, but if you deduct the water content, in comparison with many cooked meals, the proportions are really not that different, the salad does take an hour to consume, yet a 100 years ago, many people would normally dine for three hours, this however is not always convenient in modern, stressful, societies, wherefore blenders and juicers are convent tools for many, on some days at least. Chewing and digesting a large meal can be a very peaceful and sociable occasion.
