hi guys hope your all well. i seperate the eggs whisk them up fold into yokes, add other stuff cook in pan then finish top off under pre heated grill. maybe you could try sometime see what you think, keep up the good work always like the vids you do. take care

Hi Martin and Sharon, you can't beat an omelette. My sister told me years ago to make an omelette don't add milk .If you have scrambled eggs add some. It was when i first got married and i didn't have a clue. I wish there had been KZbin in them days. But each to their own
