INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
I cup of long grain rice
I can of red kidney beans (540ml)
2 cups of water
1 red onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoons of salt
Black to taste
1/2 tablespoons of crushed chilli
Optional
1/2 stick of cinnamon
4 pieces of cloves
3 pieces of cardamom
