Tip when you’re zesting a lemon , lime and orange 🍊 and if you’re using a microplane instead of zesting over a bowl turn the microplane upside down 🙃 with the citrus underneath then zest and when you have the desired amount just turn it back over and give it a couple of taps on the bowl or just use your finger to scrape the zest off and into your bowl
