Looks great! Small tip on the pico (I'm a retired chef). Dice the onions & immediately a quick rinse & dry with cold H2O. It washes away the Sulphur compound that gives them that sharp bite, and gives you better flavor.

Hey man I struggle in the morning to catch fish. In your opinion is it better to start fishing as the sun is cresting the horizon? For example tomorrow sun rise is 640 and slack starts at 7? Or do you just make sure to hit slack regardless of sun? And then Aside from nautical charts whats some markers you look for a nice hole to sit in? Rock fish are by far my favorite fish to go out and get randomly in the week but I struggle with the morning bite.
