Maybe a tip for next time when you wanna cook minced meat. Refrain from boiling minced meat. You can release so much more flavour and aroma cooking it in a pan with the veggies that you had prepared. Boiling everything makes it feel like you are making those pre made hospital foods. The pepper corn sauce you made looked amazing. Same as the mashed potatoes. Just the meat and veggie boiling it in water was sad.
