Pea soup is my favourite too, Jen. Glen and I have an agreement to alternate who gets the ham bone each time we cook one. 😂 He likes potato soup with it. We must buy small hams. Looks amazing! Happy canning and fishing. We are doing a pantry challenge this month instead of the what we grew, raised, harvested or foraged challenge. I have to tell you, the pantry challenge is so easy in comparison and I get to eat rice!! lol. Take care, lovely. 🌺

One of my absolute faves! My dad made the best pea and ham soup, proper food. He is visiting this year so I should get him making some for old times sake, he is 74 now! I could just eat a few bowls of that right now, great job Jen!
