Hi there, if I want to add meat for the meat lovers, when and how would I add it? Thank you.

You would add the meat after browning the onion/leeks and soften slightly before continuing with the recipe. Alternatively, you could make the recipe as is and add cooked and diced chicken, bacon or meat at the end
