Nice find, Arlene! Always need to keep your fingers crossed that thrift store bottles haven’t gone rancid - so glad you got some good ones!! I scored a bottle of a discontinued YSL perfume called In Love Again. Although it was a blind buy, I looked up the perfumer before I splurged the $11. JC Ellena! Launched in 1998. It smells hauntingly similar to Jour d’Hermes, with a beautiful smooth grapefruit note. I wonder if it was his first iteration of this composition. 🤓 Not a lot of perfume people in my community, so 99% of the time I see the same old yucky bottles at my tiny local store, with an occasional Chanel No.5. :)

I discovered yesterday that Zara vetiver pamplemouse is no longer available. Heartbroken. But I guess in a year or so when I run out I will try jo malone grapefruit as an alternative. Or maybe Jo loves pomelo.

Hmm, I recently checked and there are Emotions bottles on the Dutch site, but instead of 90ml, they're now 75ml. The sale section had some 90ml bottles left, so I guess they're just changing the bottle sizes but keeping the price as is. Shrinkflation :(
