Instead of creating a brand new listing which takes days to a week to create we decided to switch the profile to our new place given that all the reviews would still apply. It's the same style build and amenities plus the same property / location. It's all good don't worry 😀 - Trevor

I am so happy to be part of this new era of your life. And I am truly hoping and planning to be a guest in your beautiful home. A note at the end, hubby and I bought just a small air fryer in early summer and have loved it all summer.cooks so many things in much less time.Ours is very small, just big enough for 2-3 chicken thighs, or single portions and it does cook in about half the regular time. Super good purchase.

Congratulations. It looks well worth the wait. A 12X20 foot deck on deck blocks would be great to go out on for morning coffee without getting your feet wet from the morning dew on the grass. An oversized picnic table with the extended space for a wheelchair would be great and handy.

What a gorgeous little house! I love your decor choices - cozy yet elegant. I can't wait to see what it looks like finished! May I suggest some exterior landscaping and maybe some skirting or an awning of some type? It would make it possible to BBQ and eat outdoors even if it's raining. Some LED or nice solar lights would also add to the exterior ambience. Thanks so much for sharing.

The green berries were unripe mulberries. When ripe, they make lovely preserves.

I will add, though, that I am surprised to see mulberries growing as far north as Cape Breton. When they ripen, they'll be deep purple, and the birds will love them. They do not have a strong flavor, so most culinary uses of them involve adding lots of sugar, and pectin, and some acidity. (I recommend freshly squeezed lemon juice with a bit of the zest.) if you're making jams, preserves, or pies. They're less often used in pies because of their small seeds, that may slip through any strainer, but then seem a bit "sandy". But you have them there, so try them out a bit later in the season.

I had electric heating and my power bill was cut in half, plus there is the added advantage of air conditioning. I live on Wallbrook Mountain and I have not had to turn the electric heat on in the last five years.

To travel to Halifax you buy a plane ticket, easy. To live in Halifax, not easy. Google Canada immigration for more info. Not to dampen your spirit, but living in Canada permanently is very hard and strict rules apply.
