I hadnt considered Occults yet. But it would be cool to do one for Strauss mansion, like a big creepy castle with a creepy vampire in the basement the renters dont know about. Or one in glimmerbrook, with a large magicalcastle with a bunch of spellcasters learning magic like theyre in school :D

I want to make an apartment for every occult. The more minor occults will have to be roommates until someone makes a mod to extend the limit of units you can have on one lot. I'm absolutely making a vampire and werewolf live directly across from eachother. (apparently just found out there will be a cheat to allow more units so maybe I won't need to wait for a mod)

I’m so excited for the EP to come out!! I’ve started making a sim whose story is gonna be that she originally moved from Tomarang to study in Britechester, but decided to drop out of her economics degree and use the tuition money her grandma gave her to buy a decrepit industrial build in Evergreen Harbor to try to turn it into a lively and eco friendly apartment building with a sense of community 😄 I love trying to find cross pack compatibility and storytelling to motivate my builds. Love what you did with the Goth’s house, that CC pack is so beautiful ! I often use your builds in my games, they’re very cool ❤️

I love beige and you can always add a pop of color with a throw pillow, blanket, rug, etc. I am sitting here watching this and looking out my window and it is starting to snow. I love Harries Coastal collection in fact I love just about all of her cc and Charly Pancakes Lighthouse collection goes great together too. Love this build Deli super excited to see what else you do with the other pre-existing builds in the worlds. Have a great day. I love the red cabinets they look great. When we re-do our cabin I have thought about red cabinets or kinda like what you have done. Red is warming and welcoming to me. This apartment is fun and vibrant.

10:37 I actually designed the kitchen for when I got an extension on our family home when I was 11. I also came up with a design for the extension which even professional architects agreed were better then their own designs. Now I aspire to be an award winning architect or a Sims youtuber

The first video i watch of yours you were furnishing a house on a boat and you were making it very coastal with very light wood and light blues and then you went back and added these cool orange pillows and it totally livened it up! This sort of thing -- taking older houses and making them into apartments -- is SO common where I'm at (Vermont, USA). I live in three-story house built in the 1800's that's been turned into 3 apartments, one per floor. We are on the second floor. It's cute and charming but pretty awkward. Weird corners, weirdly long, narrow rooms. We have SIXTEEN windows, 14 of which are cute stained glass (just for our one floor apartment lol)! This is just a two bedroom plus bonus room (not really a third bedroom as it leads into another bedroom; we use it as an office space). But it's DRAFTY! Oh and we have a cute little old claw foot soaker tub. I hate it lol

I wonder if we could do like a bed and breakfast, where people come in and rent a room for just a couple days, and then leave.. I wonder if the sims can determine the amount of time they want to stay. Also leases.. they have to stay a certain amount of time, and have to pay a fee if leaving early.. this is a very exciting new expansion.. im really excited to check it out when it comes!!

like it a lot. The complaint i have and thing i would change is the fact the toilet roll is the wrong way round, always over. The red kitchen is an intrestingchoice considering the rest of the apartment, i probably wouldn't choose it for myself but i dunno it seems to fit in this case.

I plan on making studio apartments when the new pack comes out for first time renter's and they are cheaper to rent out as well bedroom, living room and kitchen all rolled into one the only thing that's closed off is the Bathroom

One of my favorite things to do with the current Sims lots is to take retail locations that have wasted space above them into living spaces. I hope the new pack will actually allow these updates that I have made to be actual rental apartments that way the bar patrons are not going upstairs to use the compute all the time.

The mansions in Willow Creek are so obnoxiously large for the family sizes I tend to have that I rarely use them. I definitely plan on converting them to apartments. I have already had a pair of sisters that I imagined had like inherited rich grandma’s old house so I decorated it with a combo of hip young people stuff and old lady stuff and I also added a bunch of clutter including garbage (decorative garbage, not real garbage that would attract pests/make them unhappy about their filthy surroundings) so it was like thing youngsters had come in and practically trashed grandma’s house. 😂 I have a CC set for a McDonald’s-like restaurant that included some sandwich boxes and such, so I put some of that around to look like they were eating out a lot and not cleaning up. But, with the house being so big I used the roommate feature to put people in the other rooms that I didn’t have to control just to make the house feel more lived in. 😂

This isn’t supposed to be the Goth’s personal style because the 3 apartments are being rented out. Freshening up the style is more marketable to other Sims who will live there that aren’t into that Goth look so much.

For some houses, I would think that you can have open shared areas and then just rent out rooms.. then they can either stay in their rooms for privacy or head down to the kitchen or living room and enjoy what the house has to offer..

Hi 👋🏻 Deli. “It’s MEEEE!” (Hearing your voice there! 😆) I love the build. Not disparaging in any way. Just a couple things I might change for my personal taste. For some reason, I wasn’t feeling the textured white stone backsplash wall in the green apartment’s kitchen. I don’t know exactly why or if it was just me adjusting to seeing it the first time? It looked fine elsewhere. 🤷‍♀️ I liked the division which seemed generous on space & fair with some of the trade offs, like slightly bigger balcony on one but the other one had something different to benefit from. I think I liked that one bedroom (was it the blue apt.?) better in pink than the green you changed it to, overall to go with the rest of the apartment. In the kids’ space I happened to like both styles equally: the blue gingham AND the bolder navy/white stripes and stark red. It gave me sailor/nautical vibes. Sailor Moon, even! 😁 I didn’t mind the kitchen matching as a tie in. I was wondering if the very top roof trim was kept dark and not changed to white like the rest of the house on purpose or by accident? Like maybe you tried it, but it didn’t look right so you switched back? I might’ve missed it, if so, even though I watched both this & the members vid. And, lastly, I was waffling back & forth over whether that uppermost apartment would stay with the small garden you made or if I would change it to have full roof access, or expand the smaller garden just a little bit, as there was sooo much roof space available. But, then it might look overgrown or too busy. Hence, the waffling between options in my head. Anyhow, love the different ways you’re figuring out how to separate spaces for the upcoming pack. Now if we can just have 1 lot with both residential & business in separated areas, it would be so great!
