I’ve started rebuilding/fixing up my worlds and there are SEVERAL windenburg places I’ve never seen or been to 😮 Like most of the houses and a couple coffee shops/clubs. My sims always get invited out yet I’ve never been to those places 🧐

We upgraded to a 75” TV in our living room. It got delivered while my boyfriend was out of town and I called him in a panic thinking we had to return it because it was just WAY too big… until I set it up and played 2 minutes of assassins creed on it. No regrets 😂 DO it Deli!

Ok I'm imagining moving the Partihaus sims back in. Jade and Eva got the middle unit, adopted a couple kids and are now full-on pinterest/soccer moms. Marcus started a romance with a sophisticated older woman who took him around the world and then they settled into the darker vintage apartment. Paolo is a professional athlete and isn't home much so he has the more minimal lofted apartment.

I love the idea of renovating these old houses from early packs. It's like the Partihaus lived there years after the factory was abandoned and they decided to renovate it. Then years later they all moved and now the building serves a new purpose for a new generation! So nostalgic, especially for those of us who have been playing since base game.

I love how you feel like you could progress through life in each of these town houses. The “industrial” apartment with the lot would be for young working couple, then they move to the middle when they have kids, and finally retire to the last one when the kids have left home!

I have to say, there’s a few other Sims 4 creators using The Sims (1) soundtracks these days, and it is SO vibey & nostalgic. I am loving all the happy memories being lit up based on the music. Thank you for choosing that soundtrack for the background of your video!

The last one is my favorite. More scandi-industrial design and love love love the double office space upstairs /bedroom. Feels like a loft which gives it a more industrial feel to it ❤

As an interior designer I am not about the paint half way on the wall. Mainly because in the sims you can’t do an angle which is the only way I’d ever do it. Mainly because most painters can’t do a straight line perfectly up and down. Even with tape.

Just last week I also turned this house into 3 townhouses! For the middle one I decided to be a party house since it has less windows and the other two I turned into a family townhouses (one for elderly couple and the other for a young family with a toddler and infant). I also gave each of them a small balcony in the back and a common yard on the side of the building. Love you renovation! My favourite is either the first or third one. ❤

This lot is so cool! ❤ In my own save file, I converted it into a nightclub because of the old factory look. And I felt like the other one in the town Square would’ve been better used as an apartment or Library of the sort, it didn’t give me nightclub vibes with the tutor style. I remember when you did a tour of your old studio apartment with the brick wall, it was such an iconic part of your KZbin channel and your earlier days cause wasn’t it in your photo Icon at one point? My sister has this massive basement (in my part of the world it’s common to have finished basements) and her tv wasn’t that big but when her now husband moved in he wanted a bigger tv and it’s like a 77 inch and it sounds really massive but it fit her space perfectly because the room was so big.

when i renovated this, i lightened the exterior, added lights to the 'buttresses,' made a big balcony upstairs, and added a pool to the back. it was a fun re-design.

i LOVE how fun and unique these builds and room shapes came put! im personally almost a bit tired of how often people „perfect“ things in the sims where it then lacks all those fun nooks and crannies that irl homes often have, which give you the opportunity to try new things and „make things do“ :) I feel like „weird layouts“ or roof shapes often contribute to really cool solutions for builds, layouts etc. absolutely adore the cool rooflines! and i love how you kept one of the apartments as not a specific family home with a big 1 room upstairs, amazing work! ☺

loved all of the houses, can't decide :) i would love to see more builds with larger, luxurious bathrooms. a lot of content creators skip the bathrooms and make them simple, but i would love to see bathtubs, plants, clutter, etc.

I renovated this into a 3 unit apartment a while back, but your reno is so different from what I did. Love it as usual! Also I don’t think I’ll bother with Rental, it’s disappointing. But I love building “apartments” or townhouses and then adding roommates (best feature from University IMO)

Since this EP came out, I have been doing the worlds and placing homes, apartments, lounges, bars, resturants, etc that I like some will be my small builds. Although I am not the best builder, thanks to Deli videos I have improved tons. I have used several of Deli builds in my worlds. This is taking tons of time to do though making my own worlds to my liking. I downloaded this build to use when I saw it on the gallery yesterday. I love it. Had to download the Baysic cc. We have a 55" TV in our living room, and it's plenty big enough. Our living room is on one end of a long room and takes up 14' wide x 16' long and the dining room is on the other end of the same room, taking up an additional 14' x 10'. If you want to get a bigger one and have a smaller room, you may find it would be too big. We live in a large modern ranch style farm house, which explains that large living/dining area. The TV looks massive. 😉 But your choice, so your decision ❤❤❤❤❤

I was low key obsessed with your industrial studio apartment. It was a studio but you had the nice “enclosed” bedroom still. Then you bought those clear dining chairs like the ones in the game which looked so cool with the brick wall and windows opening up to the balcony 😍 So fun.

25:00 I do this and have always done it. Sometimes if I’m struggling with a build I’ll go into CAS and make a household and then build to them. I usually put both the household and the lot on the gallery together.

When my hubby wanted a bigger TV for our small lounge room, I found a chart online that said how big of a TV you could go up to based on how far from the TV the couch sits. We ended up settling on a 65 inch TV instead of the 83 inch he originally wanted 😅

Commenting again because I just want to add that I love your builds with some CC. I play on my MacBook and It can’t handle a lot of packs (especially expansions) so I often don’t download from the gallery. But my computer does fine with CC(unless I overdo it 😆) I know some people complain when you do CC builds and that would make me feel guilty building with it. Especially with our poor console players who can’t use it. But for players like me, a little CC makes builds from the gallery easier to download than a build with all maxis. (Although, I still don’t really download many houses for whatever reason🤣) So if players are limited either way, I’d want to use whatever I feel like to create ✨ the vision ✨ for the build. Especially the tab mode view 🤤 Just wanted to share in case you ever feel bad.
