@@yorelael Sometimes it’s not possible - depends on the building. Like if the building was originally builded without the heating system. But newer buildings which come with heating system - it’s just stupid to not have them designed in a way that the radiators are below the windows.

Aww this was such a lovely apartment Reno Deli 🥰! Thankyou :)! If you didn’t know, the dollhouses can be sized down to one tile and will still function perfectly fine. Just in case you want to put a dolls house in another build :) Thankyou again I really enjoyed this!

In Germany, the "Altbau" (old-built/old building) apartments that weren't destroyed in the wars have super tall ceilings, usually 3-4m high! People usually build like a semi second floor that's like a meter high and use it as storage space above every corridor or as large bed bunk space! i wish we could recreate it in the sims properly because its fun

I think the working radiator is a mod. IlexSims has an override for it to make it function either as a heater from snowy escape or as a thermostat from seasons.

This us literally the prettiest apartment ever- it’s spacious but not soulless, it feels like it’d be lovely during all 4 seasons, it has personality but isn’t unrealistically stylised and it seems like it’d be so fun to play in

This came out so cute! The fresh paint but still having cracks in the walls and older appliances/counters makes it look like the tenants are allowed to paint walls but can't do much else. All the clutter and plants says the family has been there for a long time and loves being there. The larger bathroom and kids rooms really sells that too. I love that the dining table and kitchen are very neat, and there's not a whole lot of clutter in the kitchen, as if the parent in charge of cooking is very particular about cleanliness around food, or that the parents are big cooks and the kitchen is just sort of there as a necessity. So awesome!

The boho style goes well with the plant obessesed people LOL. You missed one detail, the aparmtnet is full of decorative plants but there isnt a single planter bowl for your sims cultivate plants and raise their skill.

Honestly, one of my favorite decorated places from you! Your builds are always cool, but decor wise, I don't often like the light woods and neutrals. This was the perfect combo of some of that, but with some contrast with the green and some darker pieces thrown in. I also enjoy the busy maximalist when it includes a lot of greenery, so this was awesome! Would I live there irl? As much as I would like to, only if all the plants were fake or I hired someone to take care of them. 😂 I have killed air plants. I am not good with plants in any way. I like them, and I love them in the Sims. Irl, they're a nice thought. Lol.

I love it! This is the perfect apartment for a sim I just created. He's a nature lover, overall a really good, friendly and gentle guy and adopted a child recently. His goal is to have a big farm with lots of animals but of course he needs to earn money to fulfill his dream so until then he has to live in the big city, I guess an apartment full of plants would be perfect! And with the kids room and the cute bathroom for his adopted daughter ❤❤❤

From a console player, you can use cheats. You can also download cc builds, it just deletes the cc used.

Old radiators are normally by a window. The heat is meant to block the cool air from the window from getting into the room. Another great redesign.

Ah I was about to comment about how I would have done it but you did say you wanted to keep it like a bit rundown. Anyway, instead of adding the corridor, I would have left the kitchen next to the entry door, which would have open in a sort of diagonal view to the living room & balcony 😁 love your creativity in interiors, different tastes and perspective from each other creates the best ideas!

San myshuno/city living is seriously one of the best packs. There are SO many lots and they’re all so different and interesting. It introduced so much game play: rental and landlord, noisy neighbors, festivals, food stalls. Little details like the lot traits, living statues and protests. The world is beautiful- some of those penthouse views are incredible. I don’t love the cas and build and buy styles, but it still brought so much to the game. packs nowadays are so lame compared to the early packs.

The only difference with console is that you can’t get custom content surprisingly. The controls on the controller are really wired an unnatural so I bought a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse just for simming and it actually works really well because consoles are built for gaming so they have no lag even if they’re from like 2016!!!

Just want to let you know that from a functionality standpoint, and as someone who is studying to become an architect, typically you want the stove closer to the fridge and not the sink, because whe you're cooking and using the stove you use food from the fridge and when you use the sink it's typically more for cleaning dishes or draining and washing food, so from a functionality standpoint it is better to have more space around the sink for clean up, some space on at least one side of the stove for prep and cooking and the fridge close to the stove for the same reason, otherwise it's about as convenient as having a dishwasher on the other side of the kitchen from the sink. Not trying to be rude, I've just noticed that you have a tendency to do that in a fair amount of your builds! A good rule we have in the architecture world is the "Work Triangle Theory" and the idea of different zones for kitchens, which helps us when designing for functionality in the real world
