I agree with both of you. But a little more with the gentlemen, because like he mentioned, it's just the way it is these days. I've worked at numerous restaurants that value and range and most of them unless the real top-dollar ones are like this. Olive Garden is no different. Their breadsticks are frozen and come in a box. Red Lobster is no different. All the casual dining places like this one and Applebee's and TGI Fridays, yeah everything is shipped Frozen and then recooked to order. There's many many many reasons for going about it this way. And ultimately it works. Because people are eating it.
