i watched this since ive worked at Texas Roadhouse for over a year now and those fun facts really got me. Our baker makes all of the bread, brownies, butter, buns, ect. Our meat cutter isnt there all of the time but is mostly. she didnt do a review of the 2 other deserts but they are fire as well. Also Texas Roadhouse is an amazing company that really cares for their workers. during the shutting down due to Covid, the higher ups even took a pay break to help every employer get some money even if they couldnt work our curbside.

I would love some keto/low carb options on menu. And senior menu cuz the serving are way to large!! A la carte menu? I hate to pay for food I’ll never eat. And hate doggie bags since often traveling. Please talk to your boss about these changes. About 1/3 people in US are on diets. I’d go out 1-2 times a week if restaurants did more for us on diets. Restaurants are losing money not accommodating us. Thx for listening.

I'm a southern girl by choice. Grew up in Michigan and yes I still love Michigan and have so many wonderful memories of my life there. Moved to the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina in 1985. The south is an awesome place people are so friendly and welcoming and the mountains have completely captured my heart. Texas Roadhouse is my husband and my favorite steakhouse by far, we've never been anything but impressed and delighted with every single steak...and we've had many. Their rolls are the best too. I would like to try other menu items but the steaks are SO good I haven't been able to order anything else. The onion blossom...I know that's wrong but you know what I mean anyway they are fantastic.

When the steak and shrimp are gone, mix the remaining rice up with the steak juice and dump the garlic butter dip from the shrimp onto the rice ...this gets the "O-face" every time

The pickle rounds, the kind that you put on sandwiches and burgers (and the kind that those fried pickles were made of) are called dill chips. That is likely why she called them that. Some places fry the dill spears instead, which are an inferior pickle for frying IMO.

Fun fact: I serve at Texas Roadhouse. It’s true you can get any size steak you want (except for the Porterhouse because there’s a bone in the middle). Someone once ordered a 52 ounce Filet (just for him). Between the 4 of them, the check was over 250 dollars. They left 4 bucks :)
