This was a very interesting video in that it showed a whole side of life in California that I never even imagined existed. When you took a quick peek inside the house that you helped deliver, it was what we northerners would have called a modular home. Nothing special about it, or even very unique. The kitchen was tiny and cramped, the placement of the house itself was extremely tight against its neighboring homes giving very little room for landscaping. My mind kept say, 'A million bucks? THIS is worth a million bucks?' Even though I heard someone say it was a solar home, that still didn't give the house any particular cachet. That said, your part in the house delivery, however, was very interesting. Your immediate grasp of exactly what to do and how to do it was up to its usual high standards. I must say, the driver's part was amazing. She was a very skilled practitioner of her craft - moving large objects on a truck without making unnecessary retries. She made every move count. I was very impressed. It never ceases to amaze me what kinds of jobs you get involved with. This one was fascinating.

This tiny house construction would almost be comparable to a single or even half of a double-wide mobile home, but without the wheeled undercarriage. I'm surprised the company constructing these modular homes don't have a portable dolly-wheel system to deliver them. For years many mobile-homes have been permanently placed on top of a 2-3 foot raised concrete foundation. It's quite similar to living in a regular house. I have seen some lifted up like this and set back down. You'll find them in cities and on acreages. But this modular home construction is big now and placing them side-by-side and stacking them offers lots of living place. Nice job how you all delivered it in this tight space.

That crane operator and his team are on point as well. Cool job!

@@PepesTowingService It'd probably depend on what exactly you were doing. A rotator's small as cranes go, but cranes normally just lift things. Amazing video , was at the edge of my seat 😱, gives a whole new meaning to “ just moving into the neighborhood “ , you had to admit everyone had their A game on today. Made for a great video .🙌👏👏👏

Or build the walls in the factory and just assemble on site. But I guess we have to assume that someone crunched the numbers and decided this was the right way to do it 🤷♂

Awesome equipment, and all the operators are amazing, the truck driver lady is using every inch her tire is on the curb, and turns at the exact time needed too...truck driver, crane operator, pepe, and all the riggers are all professionals 💯 Great video I watched start to finish!!!!!!

Would have helped if the construction company moved their own equipment out of the way. In particular the little white truck.
