You can find the VGA control panel at 01:56 of the video. I agree, it's a nicely done video. I wish it had more side-by-side comparison shots though.

@@eddie_atdell2780 The kit came with a 3rd cable which was required for the front vga adapter to work but the video doesn't show it being connected even though it does show the new front vga port. It was a bit confusing and I had to open the server back up to figure it out.

My T620 is a bit different from the one in the video. On mine, the plastic top doesn't come off once you remove the three screws as demonstrated in the video. On my T620 there are another three screws opposite those removed in the video. Unfortunately, they are hidden under the top-left side server cover. To remove them, the left side cover has to be removed first. There three screws holding the left side on from the rear, and one more screw holding the side on from the bottom. After the screws are removed, a hammer tap along the bottom edge may be necessary to dislodge the cover. Once removed, the top plate can be removed. That top place also includes the front of the control panel -- it's all one piece. Removing the top and control panel leaves rather a gaping hole where the power switch was. I assume this is covered by the rack version of the control panel. The thing is, I don't want to use the rack version -- even if I can find one -- because it doesn't include the LCD display.

0:47 to 0:49 you show the fan assembly installed, and then removed, but skip removal.

If you've done this recently and have the top plastic piece and the bottom feet, please let me know. We accidentally ordered a server with rack kit installed and Dell won't sell us the components to convert it back into a normal tower.

Funny that the rail kits come with detailed instructions that aren't needed but the conversion kit comes without any instructions at all.......

Yes, A similar kit is available but not widely stocked. It doesn't include the fans though, just the rack ears.
