yes the build quality is trash and performance is bad I'm a victim of it by buying a laptop so bad I've had it for a couple months and its a finger print magnet this is a horrible laptop

Why did I not get a pen with mine? Peopl might say it depends on the country you live in but I can see a UK plug in the video with the pen included, but I didn't get one. My box is the exact same, minus the box for the active pen...
