Thanks dear. Fixed. Can you mention the reason of this issue as well? By the way dell logo didn't appear immediately but after sometime it did and reboot followed by time/date setting in bios and it was solved.

I think the actual issue is due to bad cmos battery. Replacing this cell will permanently resolve the issue.
