I just got a 7010, so this helps. I think I'm stuck with 240 watt power supplies though. still enough to support a upgrade to an i7, Nvidia 1650 and 16gb of ram. the only reason I got the pc is to use a HDMI splitter...to use as dedicated streaming pc lol

It's a DT so the mboard is an LGA 1151 or something. It's a microATX so you can put it in a bigger case, but you can't use a regular ATX motherboard in this case because it's too big.

In theory yes, you could move the motherboard (and everything attached to it) to a new case and rig up a standard ATX power supply. The biggest problems with that I can forsee are that you'd either need a new DVD/optical drive (because that slimline Dell one won't slot into standard cases) and then there's the backplate (io shield) at the back of the case, I'm not sure if it's removable or not.

I am trying to get the video card out so I can clean the FILTHY cpu cooler. I can not figure out how to release the video card that is anchored on the end of the card (middle of board). Normally psu bist light blink everytime you plug the computer. Right. But now , i plug no sign of light anymore. (Dell 3060 sff psu) Bro how do know the power supply is dead. I try to test my psu, only psu motherboard and processor are intact. My psu is BIST BUTTON FREE. I remove the 4pin 8pin connector from the motherboard , then plug the psu. The Bist light glow for 3 second, i put back again, it won't glow. The issue is getting it to fit. Start with tfx and see how the dimensions and mounting screw patterns match, otherwise you can use whatever you want outside of the case as long as your cable reach.
