As someone who's currently working in Deloitte USI, I would say majority of the points are correct except maybe the "approachability" part. Deloitte strictly follows a "everyone's important and should always be approachable". Being an analyst, I have personally aproached the leadership's multiple times, though it is not highly encouraged to talk with them unless necesarry since they are extremely busy and wasting their time might have heavy influence on the companies performance.

Don't worry Rahul. If you are selected, then you for sure will get the letter. There are set processes of onboarding, that's why it is taking time. Would recommend mailing back to check one!

Locations I'm aware of are - Gurgaon (head office of Deloitte India perhaps), Bangalore (beautiful office there), Pune (small office here too), Hyderabad (usi has head office here I think, not sure if India has its office here), Chennai (not seem the office myself) and Kolkata (a newly built office here) I guess!

Manish this will depend on the project you are allocated to, you can request HR and tell them about your skillset so they can acc match but usually it doesn't work out that way

Hi, mohammad...it really depends on what kind of data analytics role you are applying for. Google Analytics is helpful, but the kind of data analysis done in MNCs is usually more extensive in terms of the tools they use, because of the size of data. If its not Big data, then I think google analytics might help you. Still would suggest going through the technologies mentioned in the job description on the careers page. That will give you an idea of what you should be equipped with. There might be projects that involve the understanding of google analytics, but usually they expect you to know certain scripting languages like python and sql, some data visualization tools like power bi or tableau as well. that is what i have observed for myself. Would recommend trying once!

I am a Service Manager at another firm now, but have always been interested in moving back to India. I am a UK national, I have heard from friends still at Deloitte they now allow for people to work abroad for a month.

@@vineetjain7518 Hi Vineet, when I was at Deloitte, I overlooked India Payroll. I can confirm we had a number of individuals who had come over for secondment to the UK from India. I would recommend it to be honest. The work at Deloitte UK has very tight schedules, but the perks are good. I work in the healthcare system now, so not so many perks, but opportunity to get sponsored is more likely. I hope this helps, Happy to add on LinkedIn for more support.

They will send you onsite and it doesn't depends on whether there is a USI team already at client location or not. it's totally on the project requirements. Mostly Experienced Consultants, Senior Consultants get those opportunities as they have better visibility to the client team but again it's totally project requirement. Myself, Sr. Consultant Deloitte USI I joined USI at Hyderabad In 2018 and then this year I moved to Deloitte Germany. So there are opportunities but yes it's totally on project requirements, your skills and your visibility to higher management

If you mean perks and bonuses, then there is an yearly hike, yearly bonus, project bonus, all depending on your and company's performance that year. Benefits wise I would say if you are a part of a good team, then it is good project work and a great learning expeoemce. Growth opportunities are massive. You can work cross technology. Ways to switch to a different tech are easy here. Those are my personal favs when I say benefits. Will make a separate video on it soon!

Hi, Shubham. As of what is applicable to me, we have Wifi reimbursements. Mobile reimbursement is also an option if it is part of your CTC I think. Would recommend checking with HR spoc once on that :)

Hi, Prudhvi.. if you were selected, then you dont need to worry about the offer letter. It will eventually come. Usually what happens is that companies onboard people in groups and theh might be waiting for the whole batch of people to be able to join together. For your personal satisfaction though, I would recommend, please mail the person from whom you received the intent letter and check with them the approximate date of joining

So basically training is on combination of certain technologies, and typically goes from a couple of weeks to a month's time. Also depends on your previous experience. If you are fresher, expect extensive training.

I got selected in Deloitte USI in March 2022...got letter of intent in April ending after acceptance , goodies forms through mails... When he asked in interview " tell me about Deloitte " Really i didnt know anything about Deloitte 😂 so i said " sir i dont know about it but i heard from soo many people that Deloitte is a really good company which is best for freshers and gives support in learning process " Then when he asked do u have any questions...i asked " sir as i don't know about Deloitte and you are working in it so please tell me about Deloitte " He said " Deloitte is a service based UK company which has very good environment and supportive staff to the freshers...even as a fresher you can approach manager level if you have any doubts or for any assistance for 2 years as a fresher you can learn new things and we will support to encourage you to provide sources & after that it's in your hand to develop yourself " Iam still studying final year and i think Deloitte USI is also same as like Deloitte India in approaching wise becoz the HR said these words to me.iam excited to work in Deloitte after hearing all those positive things about the company 😍 And i don't have excellent communication skills...i mean i can talk but there is no continious flow just like you talk in this video...i also wanted to looking for improving my communication skills with working in a company 😁

These are very minute differences I talked about.
