nice video, i am struggling to fit 14g of preground espresso in the default 2dose basket, can manage 12-12.8g Next time don't have the camera behind objects like when filling the basket from your cup.

It should be 1:2 proportions. Extraction time not longer than 30 sec.

My EC685 chokes on even 10-12gr of coffee when I grind it fine! I don't even tamper the puck hard only with the own weight of the tamper now. What could be the problem? it's like the machine struggles to push water trough the coffee. I'm going to order a bottomless portafilter I had enough with the factory pressurized baskets.
